Bimuna is a financial analysis tool that allows you to upload credit card statement PDFs, automatically extract and categorize transactions using AI, track spending trends, and detect recurring subscriptions. The service is provided for personal financial management purposes.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Only upload statements that belong to you or that you are authorized to analyze.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Bimuna uses AI to parse statements and categorize transactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated categorizations, insights, and subscription detection may not always be correct. You should review and verify all extracted data. Bimuna should not be used as a sole basis for financial decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload fraudulent, forged, or unauthorized financial documents.
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bimuna service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the statements or transaction data you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimuna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from inaccurate AI categorization, data processing errors, or service interruptions.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the permanent removal of all your data from our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
